Thank you for choosing to purchase SEETHELINES® original artwork . We are committed to providing a seamless and secure shipping experience to ensure your cherished piece arrives safely to its new home.

Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin the careful packaging and preparation process for shipment. Please allow 7 business days for processing before your artwork is dispatched.

Packaging: Our team takes great care in packaging your artwork to prevent any damage during transit. Each piece is wrapped with protective materials and placed in a sturdy, custom-made box to safeguard its integrity.

Shipping Methods: We offer reliable and trusted shipping methods to deliver your artwork. Depending on your location and shipping preferences, you can choose from various shipping carriers and services during the checkout process.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs vary based on the destination, dimensions, and weight of the artwork. Different packaging depending on the size of the artwork as well as the country where the item is shipped to.

Our standard packaging for originals is:
Flat for original artwork up to A4
Tubes for original artwork larger than A4. 
The shipping fees will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to review the charges before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Once your artwork is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

International Shipping: We proudly ship our original artworks internationally. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged in Transit: In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delivery delays or complications. We are not responsible for any shipping errors due to incorrect address information.
